Overview
In February 2022, we released a feature update that moved interview scorecards to be stored on the individual application, rather than at the candidate level. All interview scorecards created going forward will be associated with a specific job application and can only be viewed by hiring managers who have access to view that specific application (and not necessarily by hiring managers who can view the candidate's other job applications).
To go along with this change, Super Admin can now associate any pre-existing scorecards that were stored for a given candidate with the specific job application they pertain to. This will ensure that only the proper stakeholders can view those scorecards.
This change, combined with the linked profiles feature will ensure that sensitive interview feedback is protected and that only the proper users can view this information.
Assigning a role
To assign a previously global scorecard to a specific job application, click into a candidate's quick view and then click "add/view" scorecard at the top. On the scorecards modal, any scorecards submitted prior to this update will be marked in red with an alert: "this scorecard is not assigned to a role." This means that the scorecard can be viewed by anyone who has access to view this candidate for any job.
To assign the scorecard to a specific job application, you'll click the "Assign to role" drop down and select the role you'd like to associate this scorecard to.
For pre-existing scorecards where you do not do this, they will still be visible to anyone who can see that candidate's profile for any job, since the system doesn't have a way of knowing which job these pre-existing scorecards were associated with.
