Boost Your Candidate Pool with Pathway Prospects
In addition to the certified teachers you currently receive through Nimble Connect, you now have the option of receiving candidates eligible for temporary licenses.
"Pathway Prospects" are aspiring teachers we've verified meet your state's emergency or temporary certification requirements. These candidates have indicated they're eligible to work in the United States, hold a Bachelor's degree, have a demonstrated interest in teaching, and have committed to completing the state's requirements for full certification.
How it works
Pathway Prospects only appear in your weekly matches after your pool of credentialed teacher matches has been exhausted. They are always sorted behind fully certified teachers. You will not receive Pathway Prospect matches unless you choose to opt in.
How to opt in
Log in to Nimble Connect using your unique link.
Navigate to your profile preferences.
Toggle on the option to accept Pathway Prospects.
Once enabled, Pathway Prospects may appear in your weekly matches once you've exhausted your supply of credentialed teachers matching your open roles and preferences.
A few things to know
Opting in does not guarantee Pathway Prospect matches. They only appear when your credentialed match pool runs out for a given grade level and subject.
Your school or district would be responsible for initiating the credential application with the state for any Pathway Prospect you decide to move forward with.
Pathway Prospects are only matched to subjects aligned with their Bachelor's degree, based on what your state accepts for temporary certification.
