It also shows individual statuses for each principal and school — whether they've received matches this week or still need to set their hiring preferences.
Summary
The Summary page gives you a high-level snapshot of activity this week and year to date (January 1st to today) at a glance.
Prospects recommended — The number of unique prospects matched to your principals
Prospects who reached out — The number of unique prospects who reached out to your principals
Weekly active principals — The number of principals who have acted on at least one match this week
Interview-ready connections — The number of connections where both the principal and prospect have accepted the match
Analytics by school
The "By School" page gives you a more in-depth view of the status of each school in your district. Click any of the categories below to see details for each school.
Not yet enrolled — These schools don't yet have Nimble Connect accounts
Missing data — These schools have Connect accounts but are missing grade or subject preferences, making them ineligible for matches
Being matched — These schools received matches this week
Staffed / no prospects — These schools did not receive matches this week, either because they are marked as "Fully Staffed" or there are insufficient prospects to deliver matches
